WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Preferably with a Bachelor’s degree; must have undergone at least 2nd year of college level.
- Proven cold calling experience, preferably in research, sales, or customer service roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Outgoing and engaging personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Active listening abilities to understand and respond to all concerns.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Previous experience in research, customer service, or a related field is advantageous.
- Knowledgeable in MS applications.
- Has experience managing CRM (i.e. Mojo, Follow-up Boss, Salesforce, Hubspot).
- MUST HAVE REAL ESTATE WORK EXPERIENCE.

COMPUTER/LAPTOP
Processor:
- Any processor equivalent to Intel i3 7th Generation or higher; or
- Any processor equivalent to AMD Ryzen 5 or higher
MEMORY
- Installed RAM: 8GB RAM or higher

- Internet speed: 100 Mbps internet connection or higher
HEADSET
- Over-the-ear headset with extended mic and with noise canceling feature
MONITOR
- Two monitors setup for efficient multitasking
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- The Caller is responsible for answering inbound calls & making outbound calls.
- The Caller is expected to maximize the potential from each call with an excellent telephone manner and upbeat outlook.
- The Caller should aim to convert the calls to qualified appointments.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Cold calling homeowners
- Data Research and CRM Management
- Additional task as required

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
