RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned healthcare clients.
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and client health assessments.
- Understand client goals, challenges, and KPIs to provide tailored solutions.
2. Clinical Consulting & Support
- Use your USRN clinical expertise to advise clients on workflow optimization, care standards, and compliance.
- Guide best practices in patient care and healthcare operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that services align with clinical and operational expectations.
3. Onboarding & Implementation
- Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring seamless transitions and timely go-lives.
- Guide clients through implementation, training, and early adoption stages.
- Monitor performance metrics and address issues proactively to ensure a smooth experience.
4. Client Growth & Retention
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client needs and performance.
- Support client renewal processes by highlighting value delivered and ROI.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to drive client engagement and retention.
5. Issue Resolution & Support Coordination
- Act as the client advocate by promptly addressing concerns and coordinating support across internal teams.
- Troubleshoot problems related to staffing, operations, or communication breakdowns.
- Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions and track key success metrics.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Active U.S. Registered Nurse (USRN) license (required).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a U.S. healthcare setting.
- At least 2 years of experience in client success, account management, or healthcare consulting.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
