Job Title/Position: Virtual Supply Chain Support
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:
The Supply Chain Support will assist the Supply Chain Coordinator in managing vendor relationships, coordinating supply orders, and overseeing inventory processes. This role involves sourcing new vendors, ensuring multi-state service availability, and facilitating communication between vendors, patients, and agencies. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in email management, communication, and EMR systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Vendor Management & Communication:
- Assist in maintaining vendor relationships and addressing service inquiries.
- Research and evaluate new vendors, ensuring they meet company needs and multi-state service capabilities.
- Communicate supply expectations and requirements with vendors.
- Troubleshoot issues with vendors regarding product availability, order delays, and pricing.
Supply Ordering & Inventory Management:
- Assist with placing and tracking supply orders for patient care needs.
- Monitor and update inventory sheets to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate durable medical equipment (DME) orders and follow up on delivery status.
- Support patient supply management by troubleshooting order issues with patients, agencies, and vendors.
Administrative & Technical Support:
- Manage and respond to supply-related emails and Slack messages in a timely manner.
- Utilize Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems to document supply orders and patient needs.
- Maintain up-to-date supply records, vendor contracts, and service agreements.
- Assist in troubleshooting supply-related concerns for patients, agencies, and internal teams.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Experience with vendor management and supply chain coordination preferred.
- Proficiency in EMR systems, email management, and communication.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience in healthcare supply management is a plus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Requires ability to communicate effectively with vendors, patients, and internal teams.
- Collaboration with Supply Chain Coordinator and leadership team as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
