Job Summary:
We are looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Accident Insurance Officer to manage and administer accident insurance policies and claims. This role involves assessing claims, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing support to clients during accident-related incidents. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, insurance industry knowledge, and a commitment to client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, assess, and process accident insurance claims in a timely and accurate manner.
- Investigate claim details and ensure all necessary documentation is collected.
- Coordinate with medical professionals, clients, and legal teams as needed.
- Ensure all policies are compliant with regulatory standards and company guidelines.
- Analyze claim patterns and assess risk factors to detect potential fraud or misuse.
- Recommend improvements to underwriting and claims processes based on findings.
- Act as a point of contact for policyholders regarding accident insurance coverage and claims inquiries.
- Provide assistance and guidance throughout the claim filing process.
- Maintain accurate records of claims and investigations.
- Prepare reports for internal departments and regulatory authorities as required.
- Stay updated on accident insurance regulations and industry best practices.
- Can coordinate with fleet and insurance regarding settlement.
Requirements:
- Be proficient in the accident handling process;
- working experience can be on motor claims or previous work is motor claims evaluator, fleet coordinator from other trucking companies.
- Familiar with the docking business of poinier Insurance Company
- Strong communication skills and high stress tolerance
- Strong excel skill to improve monitoring data.
- Accept the temporary accident handling during the rest time
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
