Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment efforts with partner agencies.
- Screen and interview candidates to ensure the best fit.
- Facilitate onboarding programs for new hires
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and queries.
- Handle conflict resolution and disciplinary processes.
- Maintain and organize employee files and HR records.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
