Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Finance Manager who can lead and build our financial team, oversee all financial operations across branches and online stores, and contribute to our growth strategy. This role is ideal for a strong leader who can drive performance, enforce discipline, and guide the company toward financial stability and success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Leadership and Strategy
- Lead the entire Finance & Accounting team with clear direction and accountability
- Design financial systems, controls, and reporting tools aligned with business growth
- Act as a financial advisor to the President by providing insights, forecasts, and strategic recommendations
- Implement cost-saving measures and efficiency improvements across departments
2. Budgeting and Financial Planning
- Develop annual and monthly budgets with department heads
- Monitor and control cash flow, working capital, and profitability by branch and platform
- Ensure all operating expenses are aligned with targets and tracked accurately
3. Financial Reporting and Control
- Oversee all financial reporting including profit/loss, sales, and branch performance
- Track collections and disbursements, ensuring accurate and timely recording
- Supervise reconciliation of online platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, COD releases, platform deductions, etc.)
4. Systems and Team Management
- Build and manage a finance team capable of supporting a growing company
- Set KPIs and SOPs for team members to ensure high-quality work and accountability
- Review inventory, purchasing, and sales reports for accuracy and fraud prevention
- Create dashboards and automated tools to improve reporting and transparency
5. Collaboration with Other Departments
- Coordinate closely with Purchasing, Sales, and Operations for synchronized reporting
- Monitor performance and budgets per store, per team, and per product line
- Train and lead finance staff in best practices and company policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum of 5 years in a Finance Manager or leadership finance role
- Strong leadership skills and experience in handling large teams
- Background in trading, electronics, or retail is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with online selling platforms and e-commerce financial flows
- Highly organized, trustworthy, and results-oriented
- Excellent in Excel/Google Sheets and financial tracking software

Compensation:
Salary is negotiable and will be based on experience and value brought to the team.

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
