This role is perfect for someone with a background in administration, bookkeeping, or hotel operations who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Support hotel operations with administrative and bookkeeping tasks.
- Maintain accurate records using spreadsheets and accounting software.
- Coordinate with vendors and assist in purchasing.
- Help manage payroll processes and reconciliations.
- Communicate effectively across teams and locations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in administrative, bookkeeping, or hotel operations roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Understanding of payroll and reconciliation processes.
- Vendor coordination or purchasing experience.
