Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Staff to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports. This role requires strong numerical skills, accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update accounting records, including ledgers, journals, and invoices.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Assist in payroll preparation and employee expense reimbursements.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Support audits by providing documentation and explanations.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
- Perform other administrative and accounting tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Fresh graduates may be considered.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) is a plus.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
