Location: blk 4 lot 19. Hillside drive Ridge Mont executive Village brgy. San Isidro, Taytay Rizal
Working Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday - Saturday)
Descriptions:
-Maintain and update accounting records ledgers and databases
- Prepare and process invoices payments and receipts
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable receivable
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Support month end and yearend closing activities
- Monitor petty cash and expense reports
-Maintain accurate and organized financial files and documentation
-Liaise with vendors clients and auditors as needed
- Perform other administrative and financial tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
-Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping is an advantage.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
-Good knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Integrity, confidentiality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
