As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, generating interest in our services, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to manage time effectively. Your main tasks will include making outbound calls, handling client inquiries, and maintaining detailed records of conversations.
Qualifications:
- Must possess excellent verbal communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively;
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is a plus;
- Proficiency in using CRM software is an advantage;
- At least 1 year of cold calling or appointment setting experience;
- Tech savvy, detail-oriented, and a team player;
- Excellent interpersonal and client negotiation skills.
