What You'll Do (Based on Team Placement)
Hikaru Services (HSDS) – Financial Services & Debt Solutions
- Help clients overcome financial challenges through debt relief and tax repair solutions.
- Educate and guide clients toward financial stability and creditworthiness.
Mitsuoka & Company (M&Co) – Business Development & Recruiting
- Outbound prospecting to identify high-value talent and business opportunities.
- Engage with industry leaders, helping companies find top performers.
Energy Advantage (EA) – Renewable Energy & Home Solutions
- Educate homeowners about solar, battery backup, and energy-efficient solutions.
- Help clients save money and improve their home's sustainability.
New Sales Campaigns – Coming Soon

Qualifications & Requirements
- Above-average computer skills
- 40+ WPM typing speed
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Minimum 70 Mbps internet connection
- Laptop and smartphone required
Bonus Points:
- Understanding of U.S. financial systems (credit vs. debit, lending, etc.)
- Sales, finance, or customer service experience in the U.S. market
