Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to UK-based business prospects
- Effectively communicate the value of an appointment—not a direct sale
- Build genuine connections and create interest in our services
- Log interactions, questions, objections, and feedback consistently
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve messaging and increase conversion rate.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in B2B sales or appointment setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent spoken English and active listening abilities
- Familiarity with the UK business landscape and culture
- A quick learner who can adapt to new strategies and products
- Professional, patient, and client-focused approach
- Confident handling objections and steering conversations positively
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Understanding of security services (e.g., CCTV) is a plus
- Sales training or experience outside the BPO industry is an advantage
