CLEANFUEL IS LOOKING FOR AREA MANAGER!
WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE
- Ensure 100% compliance in manpower, equipment, customer service, cleanliness, and sales targets.
- Implement company policies and conduct thorough monitoring of assigned stations.
- Train new Supervisors and ensure continuous development for Supervisors, Cashiers, and Pump Attendants.
- Ensure compliance in performance and internal audits for handled stations.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- Bachelor’s Degree in any course
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication – both oral and written
MUST HAVES
- With at least five (5) year working experience as Area Manager
- Experience in any fuel or sales industry
- Good oral and written communication skills
