- Supervise operations within the assigned area, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and adherence to company policies.
- Conduct pre-audit to ensure readiness and compliance.
- Monitor your team performance, providing guidance to meet sales targets and standards.
- Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to increase sales and improve performance.
- Submit and prepare daily sales reports accurately and on time.
- Conduct site visits to address operational concerns and ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain strong relationships with management, field teams, and other departments.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company procedures.
- Provide feedback, conduct evaluations, and recommend training or coaching as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience in operations, supervision, or sales management, preferably in the gaming or lottery industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Trustworthy, honest, and able to uphold company values.
- Knowledge of operational processes, compliance requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and financial analysis skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software applications.
- Must own a motorcycle with an active driver’s license.
- Willing to work in the field, rain or shine, and travel within the assigned area.
