We are looking for an Assessment Specialist Management Administrator to join our Manila Assessment Specialist Management team. The role will support the Assessment Specialist Management team with a variety of administrative tasks and in managing queries, and providing assistance on a day-to-day basis.
Assessment specialist is the term used to include all the roles involved with creating, marking and moderating our assessments. Assessment specialists make an invaluable contribution to students' lives as well as being at the core of what we do.

What will you do as an Assessment Specialist Management Administrator?
As an Administrator, you will be in a flexible skills-based role that contributes to the efficient and accurate administration of key processes performed within the Assessment Specialist Management team.
You will also be expected to:
- Plan and forecast Assessment Specialist numbers and roles to align with business needs.
- Ensure high quality and accurate Assessment Specialist data and information (including reserve lists) is available to the business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet resourcing requirements and improve processes.
- Support AS Resourcing Lead for all matters related to AS resourcing and data management.
- Provide flexible support across the Assessment Specialist Management team
What makes you the ideal candidate for this role?
You will be an ideal candidate if you have excellent written and verbal communication skills and have the ability to provide excellent customer service, maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Having the skills, knowledge, or experience on the below would also be essential:
- Proficient use of Microsoft office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerBI)
- Very good communication skills, both written and verbal in English
- A proven track record in administration, ideally in a customer facing role and working with a large workload
- Strong analytical skills and experience in interpreting and communicating data effectively.
- A proactive and agile mindset, always looking for ways to improve processes and deliver better outcomes.
