1. Formulates with the assistance of the various departments chairmen and division heads, the division’s medium term five (5) year and long term ten (10) year plans which define the goals and objectives of the unit consistent with the Vision-Mission of the Hospital.
2. Collates and helps prepare the annual budgetary requirements of the different units of the division.
3. Ensures the attainment of the income targets set by the different units of the division during the annual strategic planning workshop.
5. Implements a program of monitoring wastages and spoilages of the different units under the division and sets acceptable limits.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least five (5) years experience in handling ancillary services in hospital se-up.
- Must be a Bachelor’s course in any health-related field and with extensive healthcare experience in the hospital setting, preferably with a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Management
- Has the ability to communicate effectively, both written and oral.
- Proficiency in computer, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word.
