REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of BS Accountancy or related course
- CPA licensed is an advantage but not required
- At least 1 year of work experience handling cost accounting in a manufacturing set up.
- With work experience in fixed asset management and/or compliance
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor inventory of factory and office supplies.
- Determine monthly consumption of factory and office supplies
- Generate Accounts Payable (A/P) and necessary Debit/Credit Memo relative to importation and exportation charges.
- Process Landed Cost, including liquidation of prepayment account for duties and taxes.
- Process accrual of insurance on importation of goods.
- Process accrual of freight on exportations.
- Verify A/P Invoices related to Engineering Work Orders and process related Debit/Credit Memo, if necessary.
- Generate journal entries for the allocation of common supplies and unallocated accounts.
