Position: AUDIT In-charge /Staff

Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Internal Auditing, or a related field.
· At least 1 year of audit experience in a manufacturing or similar setting
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other auditing or accounting software.
· Willingness to travel to other branches store and warehouse as needed.
· Proficient in communication and maintains a business like conduct
Key Responsibilities
· Design and execute operational audits tailored to manufacturing and packaging processes, covering production, inventory management, procurement, and logistics;
- Develop audit programs and plans, detailing objectives, scope, needed resources, timelines, and specific testing procedures for each engagement;
- Perform fieldwork, including documentation review, site visits (even offsite or factory floor audits), sample testing, and observation of internal control implementation;
- Assess internal control systems, evaluate their effectiveness in safeguarding assets and ensuring process integrity, and benchmark against industry best practices;
- Document audit findings and prepare reports, including management letters, actionable recommendations, and implementation timelines;
- Discuss audit findings with stakeholders, record their responses, assist in setting action plans, and follow up on progress to ensure implementation of agreed recommendations;
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards, maintaining strict confidentiality over sensitive company information
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., finance, operations, quality assurance) to support integrated assurance on controls and risk management;
- Mentor and support junior audit staff, assisting in training and fostering professional growth within the internal audit team.

Pay: From Php14,000.00 per month
