Job Summary
The Field Audit Associate is responsible for conducting on-site audits across company branches or warehouses to ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and operational standards. This role plays a key part in identifying process inefficiencies, mitigating risk, and safeguarding company assets, particularly in the handling, storage, and distribution of salt and chemical products.
Job Description
- Conduct regular and ad hoc field audits at company branches or warehouses (nationwide).
- Verify accuracy of inventory records for salt, chemicals, and other agri-products, including spot checks and physical counts.
- Review documentation including purchase orders, delivery receipts, sales invoices, and stock movement reports.
- Assess internal controls, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to understand and audit operational workflows.
- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, risk ratings, and actionable recommendations.
- Follow up on the implementation of corrective actions and report on progress.
- Support external audits and regulatory inspections as needed.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in audit, inventory control, or compliance (preferably in manufacturing or distribution).
- Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP system.
- Willingness to travel frequently for field audits (nationwide)
- Strong communication and report writing skills.
- Integrity, discretion, and a high level of professional ethics.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
