What is this role about?
This role will play a crucial role in leading and supporting our Sales Team to achieve their targets and provide excellent customer service.
What will YOU do?
- Supervise and lead the sales team by providing guidance, support, and coaching to maximize team performance
- Monitor sales activities and performance metrics to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth
- Assist in training new sales staff and ongoing training for existing team members
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to create sales forecasts, budgets, and goals
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers and team members
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies, procedures, and industry regulations
What will YOU need?
- Previous experience in automotive sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership and motivational skills to inspire and lead a sales team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of sales techniques, CRM systems, and dealership operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Willing to be assigned in Bauang La Union
