Account specific roles and responsibilities
- Pull records from two different EMR systems as per instructions in the master list.
- Compile and prepare packets for Case Managers onshore to be sent out.
- Ensure all records are correctly retrieved and organized without needing clinical knowledge.
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness in the packets prepared.
Requirements
- At least 1 year BPO experience in a Healthcare Account (Census)
- Good working knowledge with EMR (Electronic Medical Records)
- With basic knowledge regarding Medicare and Medicaid
- Good verbal and written English skills
- Must be willing to work on-site in Mandaluyong
- Amenable working night shifts
