Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing daily transactions, compliance, general accounting, and finance.
- Administer reconciliation of all accounts on and as needed basis for multiple entities.
- Perform all duties related to the accounts payable function including reviewing, coding, and handling payments.
- Verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records and provide other clerical support necessary to pay company’s obligations.
- Produce financial reports through collection, analysis, and summarization of data.
- Analyze and apply accounting policies, rules, and regulations to all work to ensure compliance.
- Meet processing and reporting deadlines accurately and timely.
- Ensures that payables are submitted on time so that expenses are properly charged to incurring month.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, with 1-2 years related experience in Accounting/Bookkeeping
- Understanding of US GAAP, Reporting, and accounting principles; experience working with US companies is preferred but not necessary.
- Competency in MS Office databases (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams) and accounting software
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
- Ability to perform filing and record-keeping tasks.
- Books transactions properly and accurately
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Willing to work on a night shift schedule
- Willing to work on a permanent hybrid-setup
