Overview: Join Bureau Veritas, a global leader in testing, inspection, and certification services. We are seeking for a Business Continuity Planning (BCP) Trainer who will be responsible for developing and delivering structured training programs focused on business continuity, risk mitigation, and organizational resilience. This position requires strong expertise in business continuity principles, excellent communication and facilitation skills, and a commitment to promoting a culture of preparedness and risk awareness. 

 

Educational Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in (or background in)

  * Business Administration

  * Risk Management

  * Emergency Management

  * Organizational Resilience

  * Related field

 

Professional Certifications (preferred but not required)

  * Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP)

  * ISO 22301 Lead Auditor Certification

  * Business Continuity Institute (BCI) Certification

 

Professional Experience

- Minimum 5-7 years in:

  * Business Continuity Planning

  * Organizational Risk Management

  * Training and Development

  * Disaster Recovery Planning

  * Experience in the entertainment / theme park industry (preferred but not required)

 

Technical Competencies

- Advanced knowledge of:

  * Risk assessment methodologies

  * Crisis management frameworks

  * Business resilience strategies

  * Incident response protocols

 

Key Skills

- Excellent communication skills

- Strong presentation abilities

- Advanced analytical thinking

- Problem-solving capabilities

- Adult learning techniques

- Scenario development expertise
