Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving the growth of institutional partnerships and strategic collaborations. This leadership role focuses on building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with partner schools and education providers, negotiating agreements, and identifying new business opportunities. While the manager leads and oversees partnership efforts, day-to-day coordination and communication with partner contacts are delegated to Business Development Officers.
Key Responsibilities:Strategic Partnership Development
- Identify, initiate, and negotiate new partnerships with educational institutions and allied service providers.
- Maintain and strengthen existing partnerships through regular check-ins, visits, and strategic discussions.
- Lead the review, renewal, and negotiation of MOUs, commission agreements, and promotional terms with partner schools.
Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary relationship builder with school directors, marketing heads, and senior contacts from partner institutions.
- Attend education fairs, conferences, and networking events to represent the company and expand institutional connections.
- Resolve high-level concerns or issues that require escalated support or negotiation.
Team Oversight & Delegation
- Supervise and guide Business Development Officer in executing day-to-day tasks such as:
- Quotation management
- School refund communication
- Coordination with school marketing representatives or admissions contacts
- Set performance goals and support the training and development of team members.
Collaboration & Alignment
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including Admissions, Visa, and Marketing to align partnership activities with student placement goals.
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of partnership terms, communications, and updates.
Monitoring and Reporting
- Monitor performance of active partnerships (e.g., referral volume, lead quality, response times).
- Prepare regular reports and recommendations to the executive team on partnership growth and effectiveness.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or institutional relationship management

- Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the international education landscape

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
