We’re a small but scrappy startup looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team. Your main gig? Spot RFPs, submit killer proposals, and manage those deals all the way through.
This is not your typical corporate job description. We’re early-stage, which means you’ll be wearing a lot of hats, working directly with the founder, and moving fast. What you’ll be doing:
- Hunt down and respond to RFPs (Requests for Proposals).
- Manage sales from proposal to close.
- Build and keep relationships with clients.
- Jump in wherever needed (we’re a startup, after all).
What we’re looking for:
- Experience with sales, business development, or RFPs.
- Strong writing + communication skills in English.
- Organized, dependable, and able to juggle deadlines.
- Cool with working on-site in the Philippines during the night shift (U.S. hours).

Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php56,000.00 per month
