- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the products, service offerings, prepare presentation materials and are able to explain them properly as well as discuss solutions to meet the customers needs
- Identify business opportunities- including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services by attending seminars, conferences or reading materials to keep abreast with what's happening in the industry
- Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the actual performance and develop strategic programs or actions plans to protect/retain and grow the business and market share of the assigned industry/area for presentation to Management
- Establish strong relationships with clients through timely visits and conduct quarterly business reviews, maintain a detailed and updated client list of active and engaged customer base. Ensure that the highest level of Customer Service is given at all times
- Work with the team to design/develop “Out of the Box” promotional programs and techniques applicable to the industry or customers assigned
- Perform regular market research (market share) and competition monitoring
- Proper maintenance and efficient utilization of tools of work provided by the company
- Ensure timely completion, submission and compliance to the following:
-Administrative responsibilities (such as reports, liquidation, etc)
-Month end and year end closing processes
-Company policies and procedures at all times
-Collection of payables and management of receivables from Customers
-Prepare annual budget and plans/programs for the assigned area for presentation to management
-Prepare and maintain an organized file of proposals, letters, and contracts for each account. This includes enforcement of provisions and management of the concerns related to the contract. Ensure timely renewal of customer contracts
