We are seeking a proactive and highly motivated Business Development Officer to join our growing team. This role is crucial in identifying, evaluating, and acquiring new business locations for ESSI brands. The ideal candidate will be fieldwork-oriented, strategic, and have a strong grasp of negotiation and stakeholder engagement. You must be willing to travel across the country and be capable of conducting thorough market and feasibility studies to support our expansion efforts.

Experience:
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Preferably with experience in Business Development, Site Acquisition, or Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct nationwide travel to scout, assess, and acquire potential sites.
- Prepare and present feasibility studies and market profitability analyses for new locations.
- Present and defend proposals to internal stakeholders for approval.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with lessors and local stakeholders.
- Review, interpret, and negotiate lease agreements and related legal documents.
- Oversee and nurture lessor-lessee relationships for both new and existing business sites.
- Ensure documentation and compliance for contracts, permits, and regulatory requirements.
