- Developing and implementing strategic plans to manage and grow accounts and profitability

- Coordinating with other internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively
- Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential clients

- Reporting to President/CEO on business updates, new opportunities, and progress towards annual company goals
- Attending networking events, conferences, meetings, and industry events to build relationships and promote the company’s products/services
