Principal Duties:
- Preparing, trimming, weighing meat;
- Cutting and boning a carcass;
- Packaging meat and storing it correctly;
- Discussing different cuts with customers, including how to cook and safely store them;
- Keep work environment safe and storing meat in accordance with health and safety legislation;
