A Collection Specialists maintain the database of strata owner information including strata levy, scheduled charges, mailing addresses, strata lot information, prepare payment plans, keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts, plan course of action to recover outstanding payments, locate and contact debtors to inquire of their payment status, negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans, handle calls, questions or complaints and investigate, resolve discrepancies, create trust relationships with debtors when possible to avoid future issues. Update account status and database regularly, alert superiors of debtors unwilling or unable to pay when necessary and comply with requirements when legal action is unavoidable. May also perform other administrative tasks such as answering and returning phone calls or any related to daily business operation, many of which could be clearly defined, closely related, and repetitive.

- With experience from the same field is an advantage

- Can take existing data from a separate document and inputting it into Excel
- Excellent communication skills in English both in oral and written
- Can multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Can work independently with minimum supervision.
