Responsibilities:
- Procurement schedule
- Contract management and negotiations
- Letting of contracts and scope of works
- Managing contractual risks - WHS, QA, budgets, and schedules
- Processing claims and variations
- Cost control and cost reports
- Maintain documentation, data registers, and systems
- Deal with subcontractors and orders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related
- 1-2 years of experience with local/International residential and commercial construction companies
- Assist in the preparation of project schedules, budgets, and other documentation
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the building and construction process
- Strong time management skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Proficient in using MS Word/Excel, MS Project, BuildXact, Dext, and Xero
