The Cook is responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting hig-quality dishes. Working under the direc supervision of the Sous Chef or Head Chef, the cook plays a crucial role in maintaining smooth kitchen operations and delivering an exceptional dining experience for guests.
- Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes, portion controls, and presentation guidelines.
- Assist in mis en place
- Operate kitchen equipment properly and safely
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workstation
- Ensure all food items are stored, labeled, and rotated properly to prevent waste and contamination
- Follow food safety regulations
- Perform other duties and tasks delegated by management from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS
- Good communication skills
- Vocational or College Level
- With related work experience
- Amenable to work in Baguio City
