Qualifications:
- With at least 2 years of proven experience in restaurant, hotel or resort
- Graduate of Culinary course, certificate or training in cookery
- Passionate and with a deep understanding of the various cooking methods and best practices.
- Physically fit, keen into details and can work with minimum supervision
- Organized, self-motivated and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
