We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Construction Law Attorney licensed in California to support our growing construction business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction law, including contract negotiation and drafting, dispute resolution, lien and bond claims, and compliance with California building and labor regulations.
Duties:
· Draft and file legal documents, including complaints, pleadings, motions, and appeals.
· Represent clients in court, mediation, or arbitration proceedings.
· Conduct thorough legal research and case analysis.
· Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
· Provide legal advice and advocacy to clients facing harassment and workplace violations.
· Interview clients, witnesses, and experts to gather case evidence.
· Stay updated on labor laws and harassment-related legal precedents.
· Manage caseloads efficiently and maintain client communication.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in harassment law or employment litigation.
· Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
· Admission to the state bar where practicing law.
· Strong litigation and legal drafting skills.
· Ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and empathy.
· Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
· Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Pay: Php440.00 - Php550.00 per hour
