Duties:
- To manage the operation, development and advancement of personnel
- To manage the implementation of Credit & Collection SOP and policies
- Responsible to achieve the ideal collection efficiency in the branch
- To update and submit reports needed by the Management in connection to duties and responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Minimum of one (1) year experience as a Credit and Collection Supervisor
- With hands-on experience in credit investigation and collection
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 per month
