Engage and support US healthcare providers and clinics
Handle interactions and general correspondence professionally and efficiently
Execute tasks aligned with the specific requirements and protocols of our US-based clientele
Collaborate seamlessly with team members to ensure streamlined operations and superior service delivery
Job Qualification
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience in healthcare support roles is a plus
- At least 1 year experience in BPO
- Availability to work within the business hours of our US-based clients
