We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to join our growing team in Cebu. As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and customers, providing excellent service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, or chats from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, billing, or account information.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns.
- Document customer interactions and update records in the system accurately.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
- Deliver high-quality customer service while meeting performance targets (e.g., quality scores, attendance, productivity).
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling customer concerns.
Qualifications:
- Open to all education levels (High School / Senior High School graduates, College level, or graduates are welcome).
- With or without BPO/call center experience – training will be provided.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Cebu.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
- Good English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
- Basic computer navigation skills.
