Role Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Support Representative with a strong background in sales to join the Conde Nast account. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with subscription services. You will also leverage your sales expertise to upsell products, recommend solutions, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
- Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with account management, subscription services, billing, and troubleshooting.
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring a positive experience.
Sales and Upselling:
- Identify sales opportunities during customer interactions, such as recommending additional services, subscription upgrades, or bundled offerings.
- Educate customers about Conde Nast’s products and promotions to drive revenue.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs related to customer retention and upselling.
Record Management:
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in line with company policies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service and sales roles, preferably in a media, publishing, telco or subscription-based industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
- A passion for Conde Nast’s brands and content is a plus.
