Job Description:
1. Input data into SAP on importation from abroad and delivery to the customers
2. Discuss and providing instruction to suppliers, customers, broker and other external providers
3. Handles customer’s inquiries, complaints or requests as referred by the Customer Service Associate through telephone or email to address concerns about the products
4. Manages shipping details, import documents and clearances by coordinating with persons in charge to ensure smooth delivery and quality of goods
5. Reviews and verifies customers’ orders, prices, terms and conditions by checking order slips and coordinating with corresponding CS staff and Sales Executive to ensure proper execution of requests
6. Monitor all the deliveries, ordering and other CS transactions in a daily basis
7. Mediator between Sales and CS Staff – explain instructions from Manager to CS Staff and gather feedback and information
8. Propose and create improvements in CS Operations
9. Give training to new hired CS and facilitate new hire orientation for CS process
10. Do stock inventory and reconciliation
11. Attend meetings and establish a harmonious business relations with stakeholders
12. Performs other related work which may be assigned by the immediate manager from time to time
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Customs Administration or any related Business related course
- 3 -5 years of experience
- 1.) Proven skills in customer service and import and export of logistics
- 2.) Good interpersonal skills and has an above average communication and follow up skills
- 3.) Very good working knowledge of business financial software, Excel, and Word
- 4.) Can work under pressure and has eagerness to learn new things
