Job Summary:
The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to support business decision-making. This role ensures data accuracy, identifies trends, and generates reports that provide actionable insights to improve operations and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources.
- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and correlations.
- Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations for management.
- Work with different departments to define data needs and KPIs.
- Maintain and update data systems, ensuring accuracy and security.
- Provide recommendations based on data insights to support strategic planning.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python, R, or similar).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
