1. Data Collection & Management
- Gather data from multiple systems including network monitoring tools, and sales trackers.
- Consolidate and maintain accurate datasets covering installations, repairs, customer complaints, technician performance, and sales activities.
- Maintain and update dashboards for real-time operational and sales monitoring.
2. Sales Data Analysis
- Track sales performance by cluster, region, product, and sales agent.
- Monitor lead conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, churn rates, and upsell success.
- Provide analysis on sales trends, seasonal patterns, and campaign performance.
- Support the Sales Team with quota tracking, commission calculation, and territory performance insights.
3. Operational & Network Analysis
- Analyze network installation success rates, repair turnaround times, downtime, and service quality.
- Perform root cause analysis on recurring operational or technical issues.
- Support capacity planning and manpower allocation based on sales forecasts.
4. Reporting & Visualization
- Produce operational, technical, and sales reports for management review.
- Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly business performance summaries.
5. Business & Process Improvement
- Collaborate with Operations and Sales teams to identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Develop predictive models for demand forecasting, sales growth, and technician productivity.
- Assist in market analysis to identify high-potential areas for expansion.
6. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with company data security and privacy policies.
- Document data sources, cleaning processes, and analytical methodologies for consistency.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience:
- At least 2 years’ experience in data analysis, preferably in telecommunications, ISP, or sales analytics roles.
- Experience handling both operational and sales datasets is an advantage.
Skills:
- Proficient in SQL, MS Excel (advanced formulas & pivot tables), and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Experience in Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
- Strong presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
