We are seeking a Design Quality Analyst in the creative field who plays a critical role in ensuring that the design projects meet high standards of quality and client expectations. The primary responsibility is to assess and evaluate the quality of design deliverables, processes, and systems to ensure they adhere to established standards and guidelines.
Tasks
- Read and understand each ticket request for revisions, and double-check if all the instructions/revisions are met.
- Evaluate design deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and client requirements.
- Make sure the ticket’s “QA checklist” is properly accomplished by the designer.
- Check each ticket’s design folder if it has all the files needed.
- Answer technical questions from the designers, and provide actionable feedback to the design team for continuous improvement.
- Update QA Scorecard every day for revisions.
- Flag designers with quality issues to the Team Leader and QA Supervisor.
- Create a Client Issue Report whenever a client has complaints, and coordinate it with the production team.
- Collaborate closely with Designers, Account Managers, Team Leaders, and QA Supervisor to address quality-related concerns and implement corrective actions.
- Provide support to design teams on quality standards, tools, and techniques to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- A degree or diploma in graphic design or a related field. Certifications in quality assurance are a plus.
- 2 years experience as a Design Quality Analyst in a creative industry
- More than 5 years of Print/Web/Graphic Design experience
- Portfolio showcasing relevant work samples of web/graphic designs
- Strong understanding of design principles and design concepts.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and familiarity with design trends and emerging technologies.
- Solid knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, best practices, and tools used in the design industry.
- A Keen eye for detail and the ability to spot design flaws, inconsistencies, and errors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide constructive feedback, articulate quality concerns, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced design agency environment.
- A proactive approach to stay updated with the latest design trends, industry standards, and quality assurance practices
