- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience configuring and developing within the Agiloft platform or similar low-code/no-code enterprise platforms
- Strong understanding of business process management, workflow automation, and system integration
- Proficiency in scripting languages, APIs, and data migration techniques incl. Agiloft integration methods and template scripting.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum & hybrid methodologies for at least 4 years.
Technical Knowledge
- Proven experience configuring and developing within the Agiloft platform or similar low-code/no-code enterprise platforms

About the Role:
- Agiloft is an adaptable enterprise platform specializing in contract lifecycle management (CLM), workflow automation, and business process management. As organizations increasingly rely on Agiloft for managing complex operations, the need for skilled leadership in the development and customization of the platform becomes paramount. The Agiloft Development Lead acts as the technical and functional focal point, orchestrating resources and aligning platform capabilities with organizational needs.
Scope of Work/Responsibilities
- Overseeing the end-to-end design, development, configuration, and deployment of Agiloft solutions.
- Collaborating with business analysts, subject matter experts (SMEs), and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable deliverables.
- Managing the Agiloft development team, including internal staff and external vendors or consultants.
- Establishing development standards, coding conventions, and quality assurance processes to ensure robust, secure, and maintainable solutions.
- Planning and managing development sprints, project timelines, and resource allocation according to Agile or hybrid methodologies.
- Serving as the primary point of technical escalation for complex issues involving the Agiloft platform.
- Ensuring potential future integration of Agiloft with other enterprise applications using the Agiloft ESA or custom integrations.
- Overseeing the testing and validation of system changes to guarantee platform stability and compliance with organizational policies.
- Assist with the coordinating user training, onboarding, and change management activities to drive adoption and maximize return on investment.
- Maintaining documentation of all configurations, customizations, and workflows for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Staying abreast of Agiloft product updates, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to recommend ongoing improvements.
- Monitoring system performance, security, and usage analytics to proactively address potential issues and optimize the platform.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into Agiloft solutions.
- Document and validate requirements, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Design and build custom tables, workflows, business rules, and user interfaces within Agiloft.
- Develop and implement automation scripts, integrations, and custom code where necessary.
- Ensure that all modifications meet compliance, security, and scalability standards
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and recommend solutions that meet those needs.
- Estimate the costs and benefits of different solutions, including future enhancements, possible impacts on performance and security.
- Design, implement and maintain solutions based on client needs.
- Ensure all captured business requirements are translated and aligned with ITD’s technical solutions, product roadmap, backlog, and architecture.
- Track client feedback to ensure satisfaction with the solution provided.
- Lead delivery through Scaled Agile Framework, DevOps, CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery) testing, and deployment.
- Work with development teams to create new solutions or improve existing ones.
- Review all design issues and provide guidance to developers, support engineers, and administrators on fixing defects.
- Perform other related duties assigned by supervisor
- Develop detailed delivery plans, work breakdown structures, and schedules for Agiloft-related initiatives.
- Track progress, manage risks, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives within an Agile or hybrid framework.
- Create documentation such as Requirements Definition Document (RDD), Solution Design Document (SDD), Security License to Operate (SLTO) or Transition Support and Maintenance Plan (TSMP).
- Maintain platform and technical documentation
Work Arrangement
- Manila-based resource
- Reporting to client HQ (Onsite work) in Ortigas at least 3x a week (with 500 pesos transportation allowance per onsite to the client's office)
- If the user unit requires contractors to report to HQ for more than 3 times, compliance is mandatory.
- Schedule: 8AM - 5PM (Manila time)
