Job Title: Campaign Manager (Multi-Channel Marketing)

About the Role
Momentum Health + Fitness is seeking a results-driven Campaign Manager to own and optimize marketing campaigns across all digital channels. This role is central to driving member growth, nurturing leads, and supporting our community-driven brand. You’ll manage multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, Meta, Google, and other paid media) while aligning them with our sales funnel, ambassador program, and brand initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Plan, execute, and continuously refine multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, paid social, paid search, and emerging platforms.
- Manage campaign calendars, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with Momentum’s brand voice.
- Test, track, and optimize creative assets, audience targeting, and messaging (A/B testing, multivariate testing).
- Sales Funnel Alignment
- Ensure campaigns integrate with CRM and sales processes, feeding GymSales and other lead-tracking systems.
- Optimize campaigns for cost per lead, cost per consult, and membership conversion.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create nurture flows that move leads from inquiry to sign-up.
- Community & Ambassador Integration
- Partner with ambassadors and community managers to amplify campaign reach.
- Incorporate user-generated content into paid and organic campaigns.
- Support local event promotions, challenges, and referral campaigns.
- Performance & Reporting
- Own campaign budgets and allocation across channels, ensuring ROI and ROAS targets are achieved.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics (CTR, CPL, CAC, conversion rate, ROAS, churn impact).
- Deliver weekly dashboards and insights with recommendations for scaling or pivoting.
- Innovation & Automation
- Leverage AI tools for creative testing, predictive targeting, and reporting automation.
- Stay on top of digital marketing trends and platform updates to maintain Momentum’s competitive edge.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years’ experience in digital campaign management, ideally across multiple paid and owned channels.
- Proficiency with Meta Ads, Google Ads, email/SMS marketing platforms, and marketing automation tools.
- Analytical mindset with proven ability to interpret campaign data and translate into actionable insights.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate across creative, sales, and operations teams.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and copywriting skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with HubSpot, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or similar automation platforms.
- Knowledge of attribution models, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other performance tracking tools.
- Creative eye for ad copy, subject lines, and audience hooks.
- Experience integrating community-driven or ambassador campaigns into paid media strategy.
