- Customer Interaction: Greet guests, take food and drink orders, and provide recommendations.
- Order Fulfillment: Ensure accuracy in order taking and relay information to the kitchen and bar.
- Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and drinks to customers, ensuring proper presentation and timing.
- Customer Satisfaction: Address customer needs, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Table Maintenance: Clear tables, reset for new guests, and maintain cleanliness.
Host:
- Guest Reception: Greet guests, manage waiting lists, and escort them to their tables.
- Table Management: Ensure tables are ready for seating, coordinate seating arrangements, and manage reservations.
- First Impression: Create a welcoming and positive first impression for guests.
