SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
Educational Attainment:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or any related course
Related Work Experience:
- At least 2–3 years of supervisory experience in restaurant or food service operations
- Experience in handling dining staff, guest relations, and back-of-house coordination
- Background in inventory control, shift management, and basic reporting
Skills / Technical Abilities:
- Strong leadership and team supervision skills
- Excellent customer service and complaint resolution abilities
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Proficient in managing shift checklists, schedules, and staff briefings
- Able to monitor and report inventory, shortages, and variances
- Skilled in POS operation and basic Microsoft Excel reporting
- Capable of coordinating restaurant events and promotional activities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and during peak hours
