- Collects all trays, plates, and utensils intended for cleaning
- Washes and dries all dining wares and utensils according to safety and cleanliness standards
- Disposes garbage and slops/left over materials, keeping all floor areas dry to avoid accidents
- Checks the availability of dining utensils as well as cleaning supplies
- Looks after the preventive and corrective maintenance of dishwashing equipment.
- Reports defects and shortage in equipment and tools to the superior for proper action
- Attends to minor repairs on damaged equipment and ensures proper storage and safekeeping of kitchen and dining equipment.
- Other job-related duties assigned and instructed by the Management
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Atleast High Graduate
- Minimal work experience in any food industry
- Exceptional time management and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand or walk for 8-hour shifts and lift at least 20 pounds
- Willingness to comply with all food safety procedures
- Able to work quickly and efficiently
- Good physical condition
