We are looking for a proactive and results-driven E-Commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our digital sales channels. The ideal candidate will oversee website performance, product listings, digital marketing campaigns, and customer engagement. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless, enjoyable online shopping experience — from browsing to checkout and beyond.
Core Responsibilities:
- Website Management: Maintain and optimize the online store, including product listings, pricing accuracy, user navigation, and overall functionality.
- Digital Marketing: Create and execute marketing campaigns (email, social media, SEO/SEM, paid ads) to drive website traffic and increase conversions.
- Customer Relationship Management: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Data Analysis: Analyze website metrics, monitor user behavior, and track performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Inventory Management: Coordinate with fulfillment teams to ensure accurate stock levels across platforms and manage listings on third-party marketplaces.
- Content Creation: Write product descriptions, website copy, and other digital content with an eye on brand consistency and SEO best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably within the jewelry or luxury retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques, SEO, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
