Job Description
What an Employee Relations Analyst does at Visa:
- Conduct comprehensive workplace investigations: Demonstrate effective probing and investigatory skills in complex situations, synthesize data, identify root causes, and recommend actionable resolutions.
- Case management expertise: Manage employee relations issues from initial intake to resolution, providing expert consultation, guidance, and coaching to senior leaders, managers, and People Business Partners.
- Performance management support: Assist in drafting performance improvement plans, written warnings, and facilitate communications to drive effective outcomes.
- Data tracking and trend analysis: Track and analyze employee relations data to proactively create a positive organizational culture and enhance manager capabilities.
- Policy interpretation and guidance: Provide clear interpretation of HR policies, practices, and procedures to employees and managers, ensuring compliance and consistency.
- Client-focused mindset: Foster a client-focused environment to ensure delivery of an exceptional employee experience.
- Positive work environment: Work with leaders and employees to establish and maintain a positive work environment, encouraging the full use of diverse talents and abilities.

Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Employee Relations, spanning over 5 years.
- Deep knowledge of HR policies and procedures, ensuring their consistent application to build trust within the workforce.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, essential for effective collaboration and resolution of issues.
- Ability to adapt and adjust communication and work styles to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Confident in influencing and standing ground while upholding Visa Leadership principles.
- Meticulous attention to detail in applying ER processes and reviewing ER documents, programs, and reporting tools for optimal outcomes.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for precise data reporting and analysis.
- Skilled in data analytics, adept at interpreting a range of data sets to inform strategic decisions.
- Strong understanding of Philippine Labor Laws with hands-on experience in case management, employee counseling, and mediation.
- Flexible and willing to work on a shifting schedule to accommodate the diverse work shifts of various Lines of Business.
