We're currently looking for an Employee Relations Supervisor to be assigned in Liip, Mamplasan Binan, Laguna
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any related courses
- With at least 5 years of experiene in employee and labor relations
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, especially with labor union representation, is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Has a good understanding of labor laws and HR policies
- Proven ability to negotiate collective bargaining agreements and resolve employee relations issues.

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Biñan City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

- Employee relations/ Labor relations: 5 years (Preferred)
